Here David again calls out to God to sustain him, to deliver him, to be a refuge in the difficult circumstance he once again faces. The character of God, his faithfulness and constancy, provides an unshakable foundation for genuine followers.  When we face hardships, these stabalizing realities of God can sustain us no matter what comes.  Do you know God like that?  Have you experienced his faithful presence, his loyal love?  Do you trust him?  You can and every true believer should be growing in that trust as they increasingly come to understand his word and his work on their behalf! May God strengthen you to trust him and rest in all he is.

The Psalms offer an incredible look at our great God: his faithfulness, his covenant love, his wisdom and power!  They also present to us the responses of humanity to God: thanksgiving, praise, worship, trust, obedience and even sorrow due to our circumstances.  The Psalms offer us a rich source of comfort, hope, and faith our all-powerful God who is Creator of all, above all and sustaining all!  May these messages bring you hope, comfort and confidence in the only source of real assurance - Yahweh, God over All!
