The Bible clearly states that leaders are a gift to the church that helps to lead the church to greater Christlikeness, to provide care, guidance and leadership in aspects of service and ministry.
Our Leadership Team is composed of a diverse group with varied experience and gifts that enable us to provide care and serve our congregation. We are working together to most effectively serve our congregation.
Ken Douglas is married to Pam and they have 5 adult children and 5 grandchildren. Ken has worked at Fapco, Inc. for more than 30 years in the area of accounting and managing all that goes along with the accounting of the company. He loves his family and spending time with them and thoroughly enjoys grilling! He serves our congregation through his oversight of our finances and his attention to any who are in the hospital. Together, he and Pam regularly host our church families and guests in their home. His favorite part of Graceway: the bond we have in Christ, one to another, has been so enjoyable. Building relationships on that basis reflects the love for the body that God has brought together. The attribute of God that I cherish is His steadfast love as demonstrated by Christ sitting at the right hand of God making intercession for me.
Bob Freel has worked at the St. Joseph County Library Main Branch for more than 30 years. He serves our congregation through his regular acts of encouragement to our membership, visiting our members and as one of our church musicians. He serves our church primarily through explaining the Word of God to us each week.
