Pastor Dave Wetterlund Jr was raised in a godly Christian family and came to know Jesus as his personal Savior at an early age. He began to more fully understand and enjoy his personal walk with Jesus in his early years of college. As he strives to lead our congregation, his greatest passion is that we understand more fully who Jesus is and all that He longs to do in our lives. One of his greatest desires is for others to experience the satisfaction and joy of knowing Jesus personally.
Throughout his ministry, God has very graciously given many opportunities to serve His church. Whether as a counselor, teacher, pastor, or administrator; each experience has been a building block to bring him to a place where he could serve this congregation as their lead pastor.
Pastor Dave believes his greatest gift is the wonderful family God has given him. His wife, Jenny, is a tremendous help and blessing to him and to our church family. Together, they have four amazing children: Micah, Laci, Ailie, Jude.
This summer, we had the privilege of 
adding another daughter to our family, our daughter-in-law, Naomi. We are thrilled that Micah and Naomi are serving at Faith Baptist Church of Palm Bay, FL. We are thankful she is part of our family and we are excited to see the Lord continue his work in their lives together, despite the many miles between us.
