David writes in this Psalm at a time of crisis and chaos, that the LORD is his refuge.  God is the one that he is relying on to care for him and to protect him at a time when David is a fugitive, running for his life.  We can trust God in times of crisis and chaos, because he is powerful, righteous and near to us even in times of trouble.   Will we trust him?
