Our resurrection from the dead some day will result in resurrected bodies, capable of living in the life to come!  Paul addresses this issue with the Corinthian Church as he continues to instruct them about the resurrection of believers someday!  Because Jesus conquered death and rose again, you will one day have a resurrected body too – if you have placed your faith in Jesus alone for salvation!

As Paul writes to the church of Corinth, he is challenging the Corinthians to remember the ownership of the Lord Jesus in their lives and to live accordingly.  He calls them to grow up in their understanding of the gospel by maturing in their unity with one another and their own personal purity that must define genuine believers.
