The importance of gifts and the diversity of them in the church!!  Tongues are ineffective if there is no one to interpret, to give the meaning of what is spoken.

As Paul writes to the church of Corinth, he is challenging the Corinthians to remember the ownership of the Lord Jesus in their lives and to live accordingly.  He calls them to grow up in their understanding of the gospel by maturing in their unity with one another and their own personal purity that must define genuine believers.
