This account of the woman caught by the Pharisees in adultery speak to the wisdom of Jesus to address both His critics and a woman deeply in need of grace.  The gracious mercy of Jesus can rescue the worst of sinners from the worst of sin and as believers we must demonstrate this grace and mercy.

Throughout the Gospel of John we see the truth that Jesus is the promised one, the anointed one from God through his signs, witnesses, and statements; and he has come to rescue humanity from sin!
