Easter is the day we celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus from the dead. Increasing our culture attempts to deny or dismiss this incredible reality; but the evidence is indisputable - Jesus is alive! Paul demonstrates this and connects it to the gospel, the good news that Jesus died in our place for our sins, to rescue us and offer us life forever with him. This Easter season, may God give you grace to seek Jesus, to strive to know him more in the coming days - He Rose for You!

As Paul writes to the church of Corinth, he is challenging the Corinthians to remember the ownership of the Lord Jesus in their lives and to live accordingly.  He calls them to grow up in their understanding of the gospel by maturing in their unity with one another and their own personal purity that must define genuine believers.
