Samuel begins with a description of the sacrifice and passion of his own mother Hannah!  The story begins with the very difficult family dynamic Hannah was enduring in her own family.  She is hurting and struggling with life!  Her response is to go to God in prayer, to cry out to the Almighty God and Creator of all things.  He responds to her cry and we learn that: No matter your personal hurt or trial, you can rest in the very capable and faithful power of God! 

May you know the hope that can only come from God, the all-powerful, almighty Creator of all as he guides, provides and cares for you in your need!
