Once again, we come to a passage of Scripture calling the church to show brotherly love to one another, even to strangers and to show that love through caring for those who are suffering and to show empathy to them. As believers faithfully following Jesus, we must lovingly engage with one another.

Though the author of Hebrews is unknown, the writer offers instruction about Jesus; his person, his work and truth that he is better than angels, Moses, priests and any feature of the old covenant. Jesus is Supreme and Sufficient for believers! Our salvation is secured through his sacrificial work for us. As followers, we can rest in the provision of Jesus for us and we must persevere and encourage others to remain faithful to him.
