The preacher of Hebrews wants us to understand that our assurance of salvation should be grounded in the truth that God will always keep His promises, and through Christ's ministry as our great High Priest.

Though the author of Hebrews is unknown, the writer offers instruction about Jesus; his person, his work and truth that he is better than angels, Moses, priests and any feature of the old covenant. Jesus is Supreme and Sufficient for believers! Our salvation is secured through his sacrificial work for us. As followers, we can rest in the provision of Jesus for us and we must persevere and encourage others to remain faithful to him.
