Pillars have been used throughout history to support amazing structures. Paul describes the church as "the pillar and foundation of the truth" to the pastor of Ephesus, Timothy. If the church is the pillar and foundation of truth and the church is composed of individual believers, then the structure is strengthened by the individuals that compose it. Throughout this series, we will examine the traits that ought to characterize the church, both individually and corporately.
